PRODUCTION

In our production, we process Stainless Steels, Duplex steels, Special alloys, Hastelloy, Inconel and Titanium on a total area of 20,000 m². Carbon steels are spatially separated and processed with separate production machines. Our production capacities allow us to carry out the complete workshop production of apparatuses up to a diameter of
6 meters, a length of 40 meters and a piece weight of 50 tonnes. Larger dimensions are pre-produced in our factory
and assembled on site.

Our large stock of machinery is capable of machining, rounding, edging and welding metal sheets up to 30 millimetres thick. The strength of our production lies in our optimised welding technology, which comprises the following techniques:

Plasma keyhole (automatic), Soft plasma (automatic), MIG/MAG (automatic), WIG (manual), MIG / MAG (manual),
Electric (manual).
