ENGINEERING

The scope of services of our engineers, technicians and technical drawers includes technical and metallurgical support for apparatuses, tanks and pipelines as well as project and detailed engineering. Our own CAD service department develops innovative and simultaneously cost-effective products with state-of-the-art 2D and 3D CAD systems. The know-how and many years of experience of our employees form the basis for increased product quality, shorter lead times and minimised costs.

Our project engineering team performs design calculations for our tanks and columns in accordance with all relevant norms and standards. Statics calculations for industrial tanks can be performed either conventionally or via finite-element methods. We also offer optional seismic calculations and structural stability analyses, as well as calculating maximum permissible nozzle loads. CAD/CAM systems are available in planning, for isometrics and parts lists as well in production planning with which data is automatically generated for the production machines. Sheet metal blanks are produced on state-of-the-art lines and nested using sophisticated programs to maximise material efficiency.
